In her works, a traditional technique, the art of tapestry is reinterpreted in a modern, 21st-century way. Our Gallery considers innovation really important that is why we highly appreciate her artistic and technical professionalism. She places her unique and insightful works in three dimensions which way she is able to rejuvenate a method of hundreds of years. Eszter Kneisz creates her art pieces exclusively for an audience of high standard, her subtle artworks can delicately decorate private or public places on a high level.

Eszter Kneisz started her studies at he Secondary School of Visual Arts in Budapest, from where, she graduated in 1977. In 1983, she obtained her degree at the Academy of Fine Arts at the Textile Design Departement.She is member of the MAOE (National Association of Hungarian Artists), the MKISZ (Association of Hungarian Fine and Applied Artists), the Magyar Kárpitművészek Szövetsége (Association of Hungarian Tapestry Artists) and BENTA Art Regionális Művészeti Egyesület (BENTA Art Regional Art Association). Her works frequently appear at exhibitions both abroad and at home.
